Train Everywhere / Legacy Fit 3 – Terms & Conditions
 

1. Acknowledgment of Participation
 

By using the Train Everywhere app or participating in any personal training, online program, or fitness service provided by Legacy Fit 3, you agree to voluntarily engage in physical activity. You acknowledge and accept all associated risks and agree to follow all outlined policies and procedures.
 

2. Program Participation

  • Participation requires the purchase of training sessions or packages.

  • A certified trainer may guide you through exercises, evaluations, or assessments.

  • Fitness evaluations may be recommended to assess current physical condition.
     

3. Health Disclosure

  • You agree to provide accurate health history, including medications, limitations, or injuries.

  • You must notify your trainer of any changes to your health or physical condition.
     

4. Medical Examination

  • You are encouraged to obtain a physical exam before beginning any fitness program.

  • You confirm that you have either received medical clearance or choose to participate at your own risk.
     

5. Risks of Exercise

  • You may stop any exercise or reduce intensity at any time.

  • You understand that exercise may involve physical strain, equipment usage, and potential injury.
     

6. Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in any fitness program, class, session, or workout provided by Legacy Fit 3 or the Train Everywhere app, including but not limited to injury, illness, or death.
 

7. Waiver and Release of Liability

You hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Legacy Fit 3, its trainers, affiliates, and staff from any liability or claims related to injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from your participation.
 

8. Training & Payment Policies

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • Full payment is due at time of sign-up.

  • Sessions expire 30 days from the purchase or start date—no rollovers.

  • $50 charge applies for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows.

  • The signed agreement must be submitted before the first session.

  • Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
     

9. Auto-Renewal Policy

Your package automatically renews once all sessions are completed unless you cancel in writing. Cancellation must be submitted before the renewal date.
 

10. Media & Marketing Consent

  • Sessions may be recorded for promotional or educational use.

  • You grant Legacy Fit 3 and Train Everywhere the right to use videos, photos, and audio for marketing without compensation.
     

11. Training Floor Policy

To ensure safety and focus:

  • Parents/guardians are not permitted on the training floor.
     

12. Digital Program Usage

Online training programs and hybrid services offered through the Train Everywhere app are for personal use only. Sharing or reselling programs is prohibited.
 

13. Agreement Confirmation

By using the Train Everywhere app or participating in services from Legacy Fit 3, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
