Cancellation Policy

This Policy outlines the terms of booking, attending, and rescheduling a consultation withLegacy FIt3 Associates. Consultations are designed to assess the athletes training needs and place them into the correct program based on development level, season, and performance goals. This policy ensures fair scheduling, respect for staff time, and professional experience for all clients. Consultations must be booked at-least 2 hours in advance Same day booking is scheduled to availability. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made atleast 4 hours before the scheduled call Late Cancellations or no shows may result in limited future booking access Rescheduling Clients may reschedule up to 4 hours before their appointment Rescheduling is based on available time slots Late Arrival If a client is more than 5 minutes late , the consultation may be shortened or marked as a show-depending on schedule availability 4). Consultation Terms Purpose of the Call The consultation is for program placement and training recommendations It is not a training session or technical coaching call Commitment Expectation Families should be prepared to discuss training availability, budget range, and athlete goals. Program options and pricing will be discussed during the call. Eligibility and Participation A parent or guardian must be present for athletes under 18 Athletes should be available if possible for part of the call. Communication Policy All official Bookings and changes must go through the six booking system Text or DM requests do not guarantee a reserved time slot Acceptance Statement Acknowledgement By booking a consultation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this booking policy and understand the program placement and pricing discussion will occur during the call.
